SEE/KNOW FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How to shop and place an order.
SEE/KNOW is a platform dedicated to discovering the best in emerging streetwear, fashion brands and vintage goods. All partner brands product (see Brands in the store) will be shipped directly from that respective brand’s warehouse although we will try to reduce shipping costs for orders including multiple brands (and shipping from multiple locations), shipments from multiple locations may incur additional shipping charges. All SEE/KNOW Vintage products will be shipped directly from the SEE/KNOW warehouse.
Pricing and Payment
The prices for all goods are quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax, where applicable, or delivery costs, both of which you agree to pay upon ordering. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover) and PayPal.
Order Acceptance
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by SEE/KNOW and all items are subject to availability. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be received and processed by our team.
Acknowledgement of your order means that SEE/KNOW has received your order request; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped, or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. SEE/KNOW may in its discretion require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
SEE/KNOW reserves the right, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include, but are not limited to invalid, incomplete, improper, or missing payment or shipping information; limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; use of any robot, spider or other automatic device, software, process, or application to place, or take preparatory steps to place, one or more orders; or actual or suspected fraud or abuse.
SEE/KNOW will verify the availability and price of an item before it is shipped. If an item's correct price is lower than the stated price, SEE/KNOW will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, if the item is no longer available, or if SEE/KNOW determines that there were inaccuracies in the product information, SEE/KNOW may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.
Product availability and authenticity
All brand and vintage products are 100% authentic. All vintage products are one of one items and cannot be returned.
Shipping
SEE/KNOW offers free shipping on all U.S orders over $200. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Please note, we cannot ship to PO box addresses.

For domestic orders, please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification.
To protect our customers, SEE/KNOW is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and SEE/KNOW will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders. We use USPS and UPS to deliver our orders within the U.S.
International Shipping Policy
SEE/KNOW does not offer international shipping at this moment.
Returns
Returns are available for the following brands only: Brownmill Co., Trophy Hunting, Rokit, and Exchange Program. There are no exchanges. The New Blue Collar will accept returns on defective product only. There are no returns on SK Vintage, Double Team Vintage, The Science Project, and Le Meux items.
When shopping, each individual product page outlines the product’s delivery and return policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item even if you received the order with free shipping. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: 1) Items tagged final sale cannot be returned. 2) Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned. 3) Vintage items cannot be returned. 4) We do not offer exchanges for any items.
To return your product, please email returns@see-know.com with your order number and email used to place the order to receive a return authorization. This return authorization must be in included with the returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Size and fit
To best gauge your appropriate size for partner brands, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in.
For vintage items, please refer to each item’s sizing chart. Some of these items have shrunk over the years, and we have attempted to account for that in the sizing chart for all vintage products. We are not using the original sizes of the items when they originally were produced.
